Cobra Commander...
Yup Cobra Commander, with the Cobra insig on his lapel.
The design is snazzy, but the color is a bit over-the-top, literally. Don't care for how it tips out under his chin.
If it's not CC, then who is it?
A new Destro? Serpentor?
