And your point is?

Meh. The past year and a half of the Devil's Due series has been the best it's ever been, so you'll have one hell of an uphill battle convincing me this is a good thing.

Unless this isn't an announcement that you have the GI Joe license and you posted that image for some random reason.

Movie prequel comics? New universe introduction? You got me wondering.

Many congratulations to you guys, but being one of those who love Transformers but can't stand G.I.Joe I'm now dreading all the inevitable future crossovers.

As long as this means the established IDW comics don't get the shaft.

I think this is great! Devil's Due has murdered G.I.Joe and I've been waiting for this property to change hands or for it to be put out of its misery. I can't think of a better publisher for the job, as you guys have produced the best TransFormers comics ever. I do agree that maybe we should stay away from the typical TransFormers/G.I.Joe crossover, as Dreamwave and Devil's Due overdid that and just really took the fun out of it. I mean they eached did a 6 parter every year and during the same months, and it just got to the point of quantity over quality. My one wish would be that Larry Hama would write it, as I loved the Storm Shadow series. But if he isn't up for it, dare I say.....Simon Furman? Anyway congrats on getting this property into better hands, especially with the movie only a year away.
